Use | DL-serine methyl ester hydrochloride as a reactant for the preparation of cichoric acid analogs as HIV-1 integrase inhibitors. It is also used for the total synthesis of (-)-benzoazole A. DL-serine methyl ester hydrochloride is an organic intermediate useful as a key intermediate in the preparation of Ramipril. |
preparation | 30ml of methanol was added to a ML three-mouth bottle, and the mixture was mechanically stirred in an ice water bath, slowly, 5.4 of dichlorosulfoxide was added dropwise. After completion of the addition, stirring was continued for 1H, and 6.00g(57mmol) of DL-serine (II) was placed in a three-necked flask and heated to reflux for reaction, after a reaction time of 20h, the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure and dried to give 8.28g (yield 93.7%) of DL-serine methyl ester hydrochloride. |
